We have a whole list of previous winners from our competitions so you can see for yourself.
Q: How do I enter?
A: Entering one of our competitions is as simple as answering the competition question and heading to checkout. You will be redirected to the order confirmation screen and recieve an email which will both contain your ticket number/s.
Q: What happens if I win?
A: If you are one of our lucky winners selected during our live draw, we will contact you via phone, email, and/or private message. We will confirm some details with you (such as current address) and ship the prize to you as soon as possible.
Q: Are all products brand new?
A: All the competition products we offer are brand new.
We may unbox certain products for advertisment purposes however, these products will be un-used and repackaged to the best of our ability for your unboxing experience.
Q: Where can I watch the live draw?
A: All our draws are hosted live on the last Wednesday of every month at 7pm on Facebook and Discord.
If you miss the live draw, you can see the draw results here. We also upload every draw to our YouTube channel.
Q: What if I miss the live draw?
A: Not to worry!
Viewing the live draw is not required to win a prize but we think it makes the experience better. If you win you will still be contacted by us via phone call, email, and/or private message to confirm your details.
Q: How are the tickets drawn?
A: We use a third party random number generator supplied by Google. This ensures that the ticket numbers drawn are entirely randomised.
Q: Can I pick specific ticket numbers?
A: We do not offer a way for our customers to select specific ticket numbers. All tickets are randomly and automatically assigned on checkout which ensures fair play for everyone.
Q: Are there any restrictions to enter?
A: Yes, all customers must be 18 or older, live in the United Kingdom, and have an active account on the website.
Q: What happens if I get the question wrong?
A: Unfortunately this will invalidate your ticket and means that if this ticket is drawn it will make the ticket ineligible to win a prize.
